Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and idr89. By completing the account registration process on idr89.one, clicking any "Accept", "Confirm", or "Login" button, or by placing any wager on the platform, you acknowledge that you have read and unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional product-specific rules published on the platform.

idr89 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on file or via a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of the idr89 platform following such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Eligibility

To register and maintain an idr89 Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation or other legal entity).
• You must be at least 21 years of age. idr89 strictly enforces a 21+ policy and does not permit any person under this age to register, deposit, or wager on the platform under any circumstances.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not explicitly prohibited under local law as it applies to you personally. idr89 primarily serves players resident in Indonesia; it is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the platform complies with any applicable local laws in your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, agent, or affiliate of idr89, nor an immediate family member of any such person, without prior written approval from idr89.
• You must not be acting on behalf of or in the interests of any third party in placing wagers on the platform.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.

Account Registration

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on idr89 at any time. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details, payment methods, IP addresses, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

4.2 Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to update your account details promptly if any information changes. idr89 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any information provided at any time. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your idr89 Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. idr89 will never ask you to disclose your password via email, live chat, or telephone. You must notify idr89 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. idr89 shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain adequate account security.

4.4 Account Currencies

All idr89 Accounts are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). No currency conversion is applied to deposits, withdrawals, or wagers. The displayed balance at all times reflects the actual IDR amount held in your Account.

Identity Verification (KYC)

idr89 is committed to maintaining a secure and compliant platform. Prior to processing any withdrawal request — and at any other time idr89 deems appropriate — Players are required to complete the KYC verification process. The following documents may be requested:

• Proof of Identity: A clear copy of a government-issued photo ID (Indonesian national identity card / KTP, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of Age: Confirmation that you are 21 years of age or older, typically satisfied by the identity document above.
• Proof of Payment Method: Evidence that the bank account or e-wallet (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, or LinkAja) used for deposits is registered in your own name.
• Source of Funds: In certain circumstances, idr89 may request documentation to confirm the legitimate source of funds deposited into your Account.

idr89 reserves the right to suspend or restrict an Account pending completion of KYC verification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in permanent closure of the Account and return of any verified real-money balance to the originating payment method.

Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Supported Payment Methods

idr89 supports the following payment channels for both deposits and withdrawals, all transacted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) with zero platform fees:

• Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

6.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits are typically credited to your idr89 Account within 30 seconds of the transaction being confirmed by the sending institution. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the point of transaction and may vary by payment method. idr89 does not charge any fee on deposits. Third-party fees charged by your bank or e-wallet provider are your sole responsibility.

6.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed during standard operating hours (WIB, UTC+7). The average processing time is 5–15 minutes for verified accounts. idr89 reserves the right to request KYC documentation before releasing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be returned to a payment method registered in the same name as the idr89 Account. Third-party transfers are strictly prohibited.

6.4 Withdrawal Conditions

The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Your Account must have completed the applicable KYC verification.
• Any active wagering requirements attached to Bonus Funds must be fully satisfied before the corresponding balance becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• idr89 reserves the right to delay processing of unusually large withdrawal requests for additional security review, without liability to the Player.
• Real-money deposits that have not been wagered at least once are subject to a standard processing review before withdrawal approval.

Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by idr89 are subject to specific terms published at the time of the promotion. In all cases, the following general conditions apply:

• Bonuses are available only to Players who have completed registration and meet all eligibility requirements under Clause 3.
• Each promotion is available once per Player, household, IP address, device, and payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from them are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• idr89 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Attempting to abuse, exploit, or manipulate any bonus offer — including through the use of multiple accounts, collusion, or arbitrage strategies — will result in the forfeiture of all bonuses and may result in permanent account suspension.

7.2 Bonus Expiry

Bonus Funds and any associated free bets that are not utilised within the period specified in the promotion's individual terms will expire and be removed from the Account without compensation.

7.3 Wagering Contributions

Not all games contribute equally toward satisfying wagering requirements. Live casino table games, progressive jackpot slots, and certain specialty games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. The contribution rates applicable to each promotion are detailed in that promotion's specific terms page.

Gameplay Rules

8.1 Game Integrity

All games available on the idr89 platform — including slots, live casino tables, sportsbook markets, poker tournaments, and live roulette — are provided by internationally certified game studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft. 8.2 Sportsbook Specific Rules

All sports betting markets — including football (bandar bola, i.e., online football bookmaking), mix parlay (accumulator betting), and Asian handicap (voor bola) markets — are subject to idr89's Sportsbook Rules, which are published on the Sportsbook section of the platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and the Sportsbook Rules, the Sportsbook Rules shall prevail with respect to sports betting matters.

8.3 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the idr89 platform:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place wagers or interact with the platform.
• Collusion with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or tournament.
• Exploitation of software errors, glitches, or display anomalies to gain a financial advantage. Any winnings obtained as a result of a technical error are void and will be reclaimed by idr89.
• Money laundering or any activity intended to disguise the origin of funds through the idr89 platform.
• Any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or insider information exploitation in sportsbook betting.

8.4 Void Bets

idr89 reserves the right to void any wager — and to withhold or reclaim any associated winnings — where there is reasonable evidence of technical malfunction, data feed error, prohibited conduct, or any other circumstance that renders the original market result invalid.

Responsible Gaming

idr89 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools that enable Players to manage their activity. The following tools are available to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your Account.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure automatic alerts after a defined session duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your Account and restrict access to the platform for a minimum period of 6 months.

Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial gambling entertainment purposes.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, publicly display, or create derivative works from any idr89 content without prior written authorisation. Any unauthorised use of idr89's intellectual property may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, idr89 shall not be liable for any loss or damage — whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive — arising from:

• Interruptions, delays, or errors in the availability of the idr89 platform or any of its features.
• Loss of winnings due to technical malfunction, network disruption, or force majeure events.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.
• Your reliance on any information, odds, statistics, or data displayed on the platform.
• Any decision made by you in connection with your use of the platform, including any wagering decision.

idr89's total aggregate liability to you under or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall in no event exceed the real-money balance held in your Account at the time the relevant claim arises.

The idr89 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. idr89 makes no warranties, express or implied, as to the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the platform or any of its content.

Suspension & Termination

12.1 By idr89

idr89 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct.
• Receipt of a valid legal order, court ruling, or regulatory instruction requiring account action.
• The Player's jurisdiction becomes a Prohibited Territory.

Upon termination for cause, idr89 reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus Funds and associated winnings. Verified real-money balances will be returned to the originating payment method subject to applicable KYC and legal requirements.

12.2 By the Player

You may close your idr89 Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon receipt of your closure request, idr89 will process any outstanding verified withdrawal of your real-money balance to the payment method on file, subject to applicable KYC requirements and the absence of any active investigation.

Privacy & Data

idr89 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

idr89 does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with service providers necessary to operate the platform (including payment processors, KYC verification services, and game studios) and with regulatory or law enforcement authorities when legally required.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations and the internal policies of idr89 as the platform operator. Players acknowledge that the legal status of online gambling varies by jurisdiction and accept sole responsibility for ensuring that their participation complies with any laws applicable to them personally.

idr89 makes no representation that the platform or its services are appropriate or lawful for use in any specific jurisdiction. Access to idr89 from territories where online gambling is prohibited is done entirely at the Player's own risk and legal responsibility.

Amendments

idr89 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The effective date of the current version is displayed at the top of this page. Where changes are material, idr89 will notify registered Players via the email address on file or via an in-platform notice with a minimum of 7 days' advance notice prior to the changes taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required for legal, regulatory, or security reasons.

If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must close your Account before the effective date of the changes. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
